The implementation of this activity invited 54 institutions consisting of hospitals, health centers, clinics, and private practices in the West Nusa Tenggara Province and its surroundings, as well as parts of the Bali Province, which were attended by participants according to invitation or additional participants from other institutions that are in the licensing process.

The Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection of BAPETEN, Zainal Arifin, gave the introductory remarks for the event. During his address, he announced an amendment in the regulations: starting in 2022, the licensing procedure will be conducted online through the Ministry of Investment/Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), which is integrated with Balis 2.5. Applications for permits are through the OSS system, but evaluations remain in Balis BAPETEN, and if the permit is issued, a signature is no longer needed and it can be downloaded directly. This service activity is expected to be utilized by health facilities in West Nusa Tenggara Province to consult regarding licensing."

Afterwards, the Head of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office (represented by the Health Office Secretary, Edi Ramlan) spoke, outlining the number of medical facilities in the province. "We would like to thank you for this activity and hope that this event can be utilized as well as possible so that there are no more X-ray machines in health facilities that do not have a permit from BAPETEN," he stated.

The event went on with a presentation on "Nuclear Energy Supervision Policy" by Ishak, the Director of DPFRZR, and a Q&A session with attendees about rules and the licensing procedure. In addition, daily afternoon sessions for direct consulting and licensing services were held at this event.

The activity resumed on the second day with presentations on the topics "Criteria for Acceptance of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Licensing Requirements" by Herry Irawan and "Socialization of Licensing Mechanisms through Balis 2.5 Integrated with Online Single Submission Based on Risk (OSS-RBA)" by Ahmad Maulana. Following the presentation, attendees engaged in a Q&A session and debate about the licensing criteria that had been covered.

The enthusiasm of the participants was utilized by consulting directly with the BAPETEN health facility licensing evaluator regarding the obstacles to the licensing process for the use of nuclear energy in the health sector and the one-day permit service that can be carried out if the requirements are met.

The West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office received 29 registration applications from 18 business locations during the two days that the Consultation and Licensing Services for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology X-Ray Machines were put into effect. The evaluation assessment results met the requirements for 13 X-ray machine data, and five changes were made to the State Administrative Decision (KTUN), with the final status being notification of costs or receipts that must be paid with a 30-day deadline for the KTUN to be issued.
