This FGD was also held in order to follow up on the Letter of the Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability, and Supervision of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB) Number B/23/PW.00/2023 dated March 15, 2023 concerning Technical Instructions for Proposing ZI Development Units/Work Units Towards WBK/WBBM.

Head of Internal Auditors, Hery Budi Santoso, opened the event by conveying the purpose of this coordination meeting as a means of discussion and sharing session with KemenpanRB, namely to provide input and suggestions related to the results of the 2023 ZI evaluation and the submission of work units towards the 2024 WBK/WBBM Predicate.

A number of related Pratama High Leaders, the ZI Development Team from the Directorate of Licensing of Nuclear Installation and Materials (DPIBN) Work Unit and the Education and Training Center, and the entire BAPETEN 2024 ZI Internal Assessment Team attended this FGD, which presented a resource person from Kemenpan-RB, namely Nararia Hastutiningtyas.

In his presentation, Nararia explained the stages of the ZI assessment evaluation by Kemenpan-RB, filling in the ZI Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) and submitting the Technical Instructions for Proposing ZI Development Units/Work Units towards WBK/WBBM, which was then continued with a sharing session related to filling in the ZI LKE by the ZI Development team to the Kemenpan-RB Resource Person.

The event was also attended by representatives from five Ministries of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) Association Institution, namely the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture, the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia, the National Cyber and Crypto Agency, the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, and the Cabinet Secretariat.
