This coordination meeting was attended by Action DKKN Director Wita Kustiana, representatives from BPIK and experts from internal and external BAPETEN. The meeting was opened with a presentation from Diah Astuti Indarwati on the Recapitulation of All TA Issuance, Recapitulation of 2024 Certificate Issuance, Recapitulation of LHU in Balis Success 1.5, Recapitulation of Remaining Processes in Balis Success 1.5, Recapitulation of LHU in Conformity Test Institutions invited, namely PT Eksgon Brother and PT Gratia Jaya Mulya and Follow-up that PT Eksgon and PT Gratia Jaya Mulya must do.

Continuing the discussion and evaluation session of the Test Results Report, the Conformity Test Experts jointly apply the strategy for completing the Test Results Report and discuss the obstacles in the evaluation process and the problems in the unfinished Conformity Test Results Report.

At the end of the evaluation session, a recap of the evaluation results was carried out by each Expert, both BAPETEN Experts and external BAPETEN Experts who were present. Until the end of the activity session, experts conducted LHU examinations with total completeness checks, evaluations, and approvals, totalling 345 examinations. In contrast, the number of certificates successfully issued was 87 certificates.

At the end of the meeting, Rini Suryanti closed the activity by giving high appreciation to the Experts, both BAPETEN Experts and Experts from LUK, who have contributed their energy and thoughts to fulfil the LHU evaluation target so that in 2024, it is expected that the LHU evaluation can be carried out even more optimally.
