At this coordination meeting, resource persons from the Educational Assessment Center (Pusmendik) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology's Educational Standards, Curriculum, and Assessment Agency were introduced. Meanwhile, internal BAPETEN attendees included the Director of DPIBN, the DPIBN nuclear installation and materials qualification testing team, the Directorate of Licensing of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials, the Directorate of Technical Support and Nuclear Emergency Preparedness, and the Information and Technology (IT) Team from the Bureau of Planning, Information, and Finance.

The event began with remarks and an opening by the Director of Licensing of Nuclear Installation and Materials (PIBN), who thanked the resource persons for attending the coordination meeting to develop this electronic testing system.

The meeting's purpose, according to the Director of PIBN, was to share experiences in preparing test questions as well as input in developing a computer-based system (CAT) in the workforce to help IBN officers obtain work permits.

During the presentation and discussion, the Pusmendik resource person explained the purpose of preparing the questions, the requirements for preparing and aligning good questions and the rules for writing stimuli.
