Comparative Study of Licensing Services to DPMPTSP Sragen Regency, Central Java
Kembali 08 Agustus 2024 | Berita BAPETENThursday, August 8, 2024, BAPETEN, through the Directorate of Licensing of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials (DPFRZR), conducted a working visit to the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Sragen Regency, Central Java, in the context of a comparative study/benchmarking of public service implementation with the main objective of improving the quality of licensing services for the use of BAPETEN ionizing radiation sources.
The visit was led by Ishak, Director of DPFRZR, and received by the Secretary of DPMPTSP Sragen Regency, Lham Kurniawan, and related staff. In this event, a presentation was delivered by the Secretary of DPMPTSP Sragen Regency regarding, among others, the history of its establishment, facilities and infrastructure, outlets and types of services, innovations that have been carried out, and achievements that have been achieved by the Public Service Mall (MPP) of Sragen Regency.
After the presentation and discussion session, a visit was then made to the existing outlets of the Sragen Regency MPP, which provides 40 public service outlets and makes the Sragen Regency MPP special and different from other areas because there is the Surakarta Correctional Center (Bapas), the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Center, the Surakarta Immigration Office, and the Marriage Hall.
In the final session of the visit, Ishak stated, "Thank you very much to the Sragen Regency DPMPTSP for accepting our visit and for sharing the online licensing services and systems. Hopefully with this visit, communication and coordination will be established between the Sragen Regency DPMPTSP and BAPETEN in order to improve licensing services for the use of ionizing radiation sources to the community.
