The Submission of the Archive Signing Report and Awarding a Charter for the Survivability of Covid-19 by the National Archives of Indonesia (ANRI)
Kembali 10 Januari 2024 | Berita BAPETENAccording to the mandate of the Law No. 43 of 2009 about Archival, Government Regulation (PP) No. 28 of 2012 about the Implementation of Law no 43 of 2009, and the Enclosure Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 62 of 2020 about the Salvation of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Archives in order to support the performance accountability of government agencies, BAPETEN submitting Covid 19 Archives to the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). It lays the groundwork for ANRI to deliver a Charter of Appreciation to BAPETEN for its participation in saving and preserving Static Archives of Covid-19 which have national responsibility value on the life of society, nation and state.
The 14 Static Archives of Covid-19 submitted consisting of 8 electronic archive items and 6 photo archive items. Electronic archives include Circular Letter of the Chairman of BAPETEN on Licensing Policy for Utilization of Ionizing Radiation Sources during the Covid-19, Circular Letter of the Executive Secretary of BAPETEN on Anticipating the Spread of the Covid-19 in the BAPETEN environment, and Instruction of the Executive Secretary of BAPETEN on the Implementation of BAPETEN Activities during the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM). Photo archives in the form of documentation supervision for nuclear power utilization activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
ANRI highly appreciated BAPETEN's participation and efforts in salvaging and preserving Covid-19 archives. It is expected BAPETEN could proceed contribution for preserving the nation's collective memory that has historical use value for the development of knowledge for future generations.
