The following is the composition of inspectors who came to various health facilities in the designated areas: The West Java team inspector was chaired by Roy Candra Primarsa with team members Novriman Livia and Wahyu Ramdhan; the Jambi Inspection Team was chaired by Aris Sanyoto with team members Titik Kartika and Ida Bagus Gede Putra Pratama; the Jakarta and Bekasi Inspection Team was chaired by Sumedi with team members Samsu Riza Wibowo and Dendi Junaidi; the Tangerang Team was chaired by Inspector Bambang Riyono with team members Sri Riantiningsih and Dwi Cahyadi; and the Depok team was led by Ilham Hidayat with team members Widiyastuti and Batara Panjiweda. With the presence of inspectors who were present directly at the health facility location, it was aimed at complying with the requirements in licensing and laws and regulations in the field of nuclear safety.

The inspection activities in the West Java region that were carried out included 8 health facilities with the use of diagnostic and interventional radiology, including Syahid Al Irsyad Haurgeulis Hospital, Regional Health Laboratory (Labkesda) Cirebon Regency, Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Regional Health Laboratory of Cirebon City, Gunung Jati Hospital, Mother and Child Care Hospital (RSIA) Khalishah, Rayhan Hospital, Pratama Rizki Utama Clinic, and Aqma Cikampek Clinic.

The inspection activities in the Jambi region included eight health facilities with the use of RDI, namely H. Abdul Manap Hospital, Jambi City, RS. Mayang Medical Center Jambi, Jambi Provincial Mental Hospital, H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Regional Hospital, Haji Abdoel Madjid Batoe Regional Public Hospital, Kolonel Abundjani Regional Public Hospital, Sungai Gelam Regional Public Hospital, and Nurdin Hamzah Regional Public Hospital.

The inspection activities in the Tangerang area covered eight health facilities with the utilization of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology (RDI), including the facilities of Premier Jatinegara Hospital, Hermina Jatinegara Hospital, the Center for Education and Health (Pusdikkes) Kodiklat TNI AD Hospital, Bhineka Bakti Husada Hospital, Amerind Bio-Clinic Clinical Laboratory, Dentia Dental Care Center, Binawan University Medical Center Clinic, and Fenta Medica Clinical Laboratory.

The inspection activities in the Bekasi industrial area carried out covered eight industrial facilities with the utilization of gauging, export import, photofluorography, and research/calibration, including PT Wira Lab Analitika Solusindo, CV Mitra Anugerah Prima, PT Surteckariya Indonesia, the National Standardization Agency, PT JST Indonesia, PT Dawee Electronic Indonesia, and Cameron Services International.

For information, agencies that are prioritized for inspection are those that do not have a permit from BAPETEN or whose permit validity period has expired. Several agencies that do not have a utilization permit are given guidance at the inspection location, given a letter prohibiting the use of ionizing radiation generators and a red sticker for the use of Ionizing Radiation Generators (PRP), and given a follow-up period of up to 30 days to process the utilization permit with BAPETEN.

It is hoped that with this inspection activity, permit holders or business actors will increase awareness of safety and security in the use of radioactive substances and ionizing radiation generators and the formation of a safety culture in facilities that utilize ionizing radiation.
