Field Verification of Nuclear Training Institute PT Dwijaya Perkasa Utama Surabaya
Kembali 08 Mei 2024 | Berita BAPETENThe Directorate of Technical Support and Nuclear Emergency Preparedness (DKKN), on behalf of the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN), conducted a field verification of the Nuclear Training Institute at PT Dwijaya Perkasa Utama located at Jl. Raya Kali Rungkut No. 1-3, Rungkut Megah Raya Complex Block L-26, Surabaya City, East Java. This activity was carried out on May 6-8, 2024.
This activity is a follow-up to the application file for the appointment of the Nuclear Training Institute for the scope of Level 2 Medical Radiation Protection Officer (PPR Medik), submitted by PT Dwijaya Perkasa Utama, which was declared to have met the requirements for Field Verification. In accordance with the mandate of BAPETEN Chairman Regulation No. 1 of 2022, the assessment of nuclear business actors is carried out through document evaluation and field verification activities to ensure that business licensing requirements are met.
The verification team, consisting of Rini Suryanti as the Lead of the Nuclear Training Institute Verification Team, accompanied by Joni Kadir and Eko Sapto Aji as team members, began the verification with an entry meeting. The head of the verification team, Rini Suryanti, during the entry meeting conveyed the purpose of the verification activity, namely to ensure the availability of facilities and infrastructure, human resources, curriculum, modules, and teaching materials, as well as management system documents, in accordance with the documents submitted in the application and in accordance with the requirements. After the entry meeting, it was continued with verification of the facilities that would be used later for training according to the application by PT Dwijaya Perkasa Utama through cooperation or MoU with Klinik Utama Prima regarding the use of ionizing radiation source facilities.
In order to verify the legality of cooperation in the use of facilities and infrastructure in related agencies, as well as the legality of the curriculum, syllabus, organizational structure, management system, human resources, training modules, and teaching materials, the verification activity was continued on the second day with document checks.
At the end of the verification activity, the BAPETEN team submitted a Minutes of Examination containing findings that must be immediately followed up by PT Dwijaya Perkasa Utama at the exit meeting. The event was closed with the signing of the Minutes of Examination by the Nuclear Training Institute Verification Team and the Person in Charge of the PT Dwijaya Perkasa Utama Training Institute candidate represented by Fristiana Kusumaningtyas as the head of the training institution.
