The handover and acceptance of P3K was opened by remarks from Sugeng Sumbarjo, who said “I congratulate you on your willingness to become ASN P3K BAPETEN. We hope that the P3K can carry out their duties as well as possible and have a high Integrity Commitment such as taking an oath and promise, signing an Integrity Pact, Performance Agreement (PK) and Employee Performance Targets (SKP)”.

Sugeng also explained about BAPETEN's duties and functions, BAPETEN's challenges in the future, employee performance, and the competence of P3K in carrying out their duties.

The event then continued with the Submission of Placement to the Work Unit of each P3K participant by Acting Chairman BAPETEN to each of Head Work Unit. After the handover was completed, it was continued with a briefing on staffing filled by the Human Resources Function Group (HR). The participants were given knowledge about the attendance system, correspondence, salary and so on in BAPETEN.
